Come by for kayak trip under the World UNESCO Heritage Pont-du-Gard: a three story, 250m long, roman acqueduct bridge built in 50AD. The kayaking will take us along the flow of the Gardon river where we will dock on the pebble beaches for a quick snack.

Our plan is to set off early in the morning (show up at 9:45) to avoid the worst of the morning heat. The ride is downstream and takes about 2h and can be easily done with a child. Of course: subject to weather!

• Kayak Vert will provide you with a dry tub in which you can keep your phone, car keys and, towels.

• Kayak Vert offers a parking: Kayak Vert Pont du Gard Parking, Rte d'Uzès, 30210 Collias, France. A shuttle will drive you to the kayak and back to your car from the Pont-du-Gard.

• Bathing suits, sun screen, hats and sunglasses are a must! Bring water and snacks with you!

We will be asking people to cover their own Kayak fee (20 EUR per adult). We will try to bring enough snacks for the picnic!
